• Heat sink operates by conducting heat from the processor to the heat sink and then radiating it to the air.• HEAT SINK COMPOUND is applied to the base and mounting studs of transistors and diodes and silicone controlled rectifiers. It is also an effective thermal coupler on any heat sink device where efficient cooling is required. This is synthetic base grease free from moisture and impurities. This can work up to 500 amp. current.
Temperature range: (-40°C TO 200°C).

• Sanpra® SILICONE GREASE is a paste-like, non-soap thicked, compound having consistencies ranging from slightly hard and tacky in nature.
• Sanpra Silicone Grease is non-toxic, non-oxidizing, non-gumming, water resistant and chemically inert materials. They exhibit excellent high and low temperature resistance and do not solidify or melt at extreme temperatures. They also demonstrate excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions, and chemicals such as alkalies and alcohol etc.• They are outstanding lubricant for plastic, rubber, nylon, glass material which normally detoriate under prolonged contact with petroleum lubricants and greases.Various grades are available.

ANTI-SEIZE GREASE 
Temperrature: -30 Degree Celsius to 1100 Degree Celsius

• Some of the features of HIGH VACUUM SILICONE GREASE is low volatility, chemical resistance, low vapor pressure of the base, constant consistency over wide temperature range and sealant-cum lubricant.
• As a sealant and lubricant for glass-ints and stopcocks in high vacuum and high temperature systems as well as in ordinary systems.
• In pressure lubricated plug valves, control valves and ceramic plug cocks.
• In Valves of water softener
• In fire extinguishers to keep the valves dependably operable for long period despite severe temperature conditions and corrosive atmosphere.
•As a sealant on floating telephone batteries.
• Its high tack may be taken advantage of, in holding rubber and other parts in position during assembly of certain parts.• As a release agent for eposy, polystylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester resins and other plastics. Normally it is used only when common release agents including other silicone release agent fail.
